It seems that work abounds in Portland. This guy was getting paid to wave at cars and listen to his iPod. I love America. He was nice enough to let me take some photos. 
Then Jeff showed up. He's a swell dude. Jeff and I rode opposite direction on Burnside until I spotted this guy and stopped. Jeff loves to get in on the photo action. I wonder what was on Lady Liberty's headphones. Judging by his devil horns in the photo; probably something pretty heavy. Maybe Mettalica's ...And Justice For All?
